Clayton’s 2″ (50 mm) Universal Cutoff Saw Shroud captures dust during cutting work. A grip on the top of the shroud puts control above and in line with the cutting edge, making the tool much easier to control and more ergonomic. The grinder and shroud pivot independently, keeping the shroud flat on the work surface while the grinder pivots with your hand.
Clayton’s 2″ (50 mm) Universal Cutoff Saw Shroud captures dust during cutting work. The grinder and shroud pivot independently, keeping the shroud flat on the work surface while the grinder pivots with your hand.
It fits any tool with a 1/4″ collet – straight or right-angle sanders and grinders – and accepts discs with a 1/4″ arbor hole. Precision-finished anodized aluminum housing, Positive Lock hose fitting that won’t pull free, built-in depth control with graduation marks, and a molded ergonomic comfort grip. Works with the grinders you already own – no modifications required.
Available as shroud only (no grinder) or bundled with a Dotco right-angle or straight air grinder. Every shroud includes a mandrel, a 2′ x 1″ hose whip, and a swivel adapter for connection to a 1″ vacuum hose.
