A modular electric articulated tapping machine for M2-M27 steel threads and up to M30 in aluminum, with seven quick-change speed modules.
The Roscamat Tiger combines a radial arm with a pneumatic-spring-balanced tilting arm, allowing the tapping head to remain perpendicular to the work surface. It mounts through three M8 screws spaced at 120° or with a clamp. Seven quick-change modules provide different speed and torque ranges for tapping and light drilling work.

The Tiger VH configuration positions the motor in four 90° increments for vertical or horizontal tapping.
Modules 300, 550, 750 and 1050 use a Ø19 coupling for M2-M16 tap holders. Modules 90 and 170 use a Ø31 coupling for M6-M30 tap holders. Holders are available with or without a safety clutch.
Available functions include automatic lubrication, Z-axis depth control and a thread counter with total and partial counts.
