Clayton’s Vacuum Drill Guides are crystal-clear Lexan guides that replace drill blocks and egg cups. They accept bushings that hold a drill bit perpendicular to the work surface while extracting dust, chips and swarf through a 1in hose.
Slip Fixed guides accept any 1/2in OD Slip Fixed bushings; Threaded guides accept 1/2-13 or 3/4-16 bushings; Open guides have a 3/4in opening (no bushing). Available in 1in and 2in shroud diameters; the 2in guides self-hold on smooth vertical surfaces while the vacuum is active. Each guide includes 2ft of 1in vacuum hose and a threaded 1in swivel cuff. Requires a vacuum source and bushings (sold separately).
