The Rhino is a robust, lockable mobile work center for storing tools and consumables. Initially designed around the needs of aerospace composite repair and Low-Observable (LO) professionals, it can be outfitted to suit many fabrication and maintenance specialties. Locked and secured, the Rhino is a compact mobile storage unit.
It rides on eight heavy-duty 6″ casters that support up to 2,500 lbs, with integrated forklift guides, heavy-duty tie-down rings, integrated electrical distribution and an internal charging station for battery-operated tools. Inside are 6 tool drawers with shadowboxed two-color tool-control foam, divided storage bins, a replaceable self-healing cutting surface and storage for 50″ spools of composite fabrics and films. The removable exterior wings allow separate consumables storage.
The Rhino is offered in three standard configurations (or fully customized): the base RH-500-01 work center, the RH-500-02 Dustless Sanding Kit pre-outfitted with Hornet pneumatic HEPA vacs and ROS sanders, and the RH-500-03 Composite Repair Kit that adds a full complement of composite and structural repair tools recommended by the USAF Advanced Composites Office.
