Filtration runs in three stages: a Stage 1 MERV 8 primary panel filter, a Stage 2 MERV 13 secondary panel filter, and Stage 3 HEPA cartridges that capture 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 micron. A Safe Filter Change design lets users swap the Stage 1 & 2 panel filters without exposure to hazardous dust, and two differential pressure gauges monitor filter status.
A crystal-clear Lexan shield surrounds the work area to shield the worker’s eyes, a removable large debris tray collects coarse debris, and the station rides on 5-inch casters (two locking) for easy mobility. It requires a 120 V 20 A circuit and ships with a 25′ power cord..
