The Clear Revolution shroud is Clayton’s flagship Universal Shroud – a crystal-clear dust-capture shroud made of Lexan polycarbonate, the same material used for aerospace cockpits and space helmets. The shroud floats on a bearing mounted to a 1/4in mandrel, so it fits any grinder or sander with a 1/4in collet (straight or right angle) with no tool modifications.

The clear window offers 225 degrees of visibility and does not obscure the working edge of the abrasive discs. A high-flow 1in swivel hose connection with a Positive Lock fitting keeps the hose from pulling free. Available in three abrasive sizes (1in, 2in, 3in) and three pad styles (TR / TS / TP). Every shroud includes a mandrel, disc pad, 2ft x 1in hose whip and a swivel adapter for connection to 1in vacuum hoses.
