Mactech ID End Mill Cutting Machine

The Mactech portable ID end-mill cutting machine severs pipe with inside diameters from 33″ to 60″. A self-centering mechanism and clamps lock the system in position for accurate, clean cuts. Internal deployment reduces the need to dredge around subsea structures or excavate around the work site before cutting.

Internal pipe cutting where external access is limited

The internal setup enables round hollow sections to be cut in locations where external access is difficult. Avoiding excavation and subsea dredging can reduce preparation time and cost. Two end mills operate together, allowing the system to complete the cut in approximately half the time of a single-mill arrangement. The machine uses a standard 1-inch end mill.
