The Mactech Large Diameter Facing Machine (LDFM) covers facing diameters from 55″ to 229″. It supports both single-point tooling and rotary milling for precision flange facing. An adjustable rotary hub moves independently of the mounting legs, supporting flat and accurate machined surfaces.
The LDFM uses flexible segmented legs to fit a range of inside diameters and shorten setup for complex facing work. Its rigid tubular-beam construction reduces vibration and supports a smooth surface finish. The combination of adjustable mounting and stable machining is intended for large-scale flange applications.
