TONE Turn-of-Nut wrenches are custom designed with timesaving features that minimize error and maximize on the job productivity. Installing hex-head bolts with Turn-of-Nut or DTIs has never been easier.
The TONE TN-39EZ is a corded Turn-of-Nut wrench designed for structural bolt installation where controlled angle tightening and repeatable results matter. It installs hex-head bolts by the Turn-of-Nut method or with direct tension indicators and combines 1° angle control, an adjustable angle setting dial, and repeated accuracy of ±10°.
A reaction bar absorbs torque during operation, and the tool supports both clockwise and counterclockwise directions when used with the reverse kit. The wrench is specified for fully tensioned structural bolts including A325, A325M, A490, and A490M sizes listed in the specification tables, with a maximum torque of 3,700 ft-lb. (5,017 N-m).
Supplied contents include the corded Turn-of-Nut wrench, a bar socket of your choice, two flathead screwdrivers, and documentation consisting of the instruction manual, cord chart, safety card, and stickers.
