TONE Turn-of-Nut wrenches are custom designed with timesaving features that minimize error and maximize on the job productivity. Installing hex-head bolts with Turn-of-Nut or DTIs has never been easier.
The TONE TN-30EZ is a corded Turn-of-Nut wrench for tightening structural hex-head bolts by the Turn-of-Nut method or with direct tension indicators. It combines angle control in 1° increments, an adjustable angle setting dial, repeated accuracy of ±10°, and a reaction bar that absorbs torque.
The kit includes the corded Turn-of-Nut wrench, a bar socket of your choice, two flathead screwdrivers, and an instruction manual, cord chart, safety card, and stickers. The tables also identify compatible fully tensioned structural bolt sizes for A325, A325M, A490, and A490M applications, with inch and metric socket-size references.
