Digital Torque Meter (DTM) fits between the tool and socket to provide an easy-to-read torque display with a flash memory card that stores the date, time, and torque measurement for each bolt tightened. This information can be downloaded for reporting and quality assurance. The DTM5 reads a torque range of 80-400 ft-lb. and is compatible with select wrenches.
The TONE DTM5EF digital torque meter is designed to fit between the tool and socket, giving a clear torque readout during tightening. It includes an LED display and control section, and it stores each measurement on a Micro SD Card together with the date and time for later download and reporting.
This model measures torque in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions and offers ±3% repeatable accuracy. It is powered by four AAA batteries and provides up to 10,000 readings, making it suitable for rotational capacity testing and routine torque verification.
The DTM5EF reads 80-400 ft-lb. and is compatible with the TN-20EZ turn-of-nut wrench, as well as the GNR-31E, CNR-30, GNR-51E, and CNR-50 torque wrenches. Supplied items include a Micro SD Card, instruction manual, flathead screwdriver, Allen wrench, plastic carrying case, and calibration certificate.
