The GB54B pneumatic installation tool is designed specifically for the most efficient installation of blind fasteners. It will install aluminum fasteners through 5/32" diameter, and through 1/8" diameter fasteners in any material. It weighs only 1.8 lbs. (0.82 kg) and can operate in any position.
Its collection bottle captures spent pintails for FOD control. The tool is 8.36" (212.3 mm) high, provides a 0.740" (18.8 mm) stroke, and generates a minimum pull load of 700 lb (3.11 kN) at 90 psi (6.2 bar). It operates at 90-100 psi (6.2-6.9 bar).
