The TU-11 is a professional square-drive hydraulic torque wrench with a 1 1/2″ drive for controlled bolting and break-out work. The patented mono-body housing is machined from a single block of 7075 AQ aluminum to reduce twist and deflection under pressure. Internal torque components use Vascomax®, a material 30% stronger and 15% harder than the industry standard. Independent 360° × 360° swivels support clean hose routing in constrained work areas.
Operate the tool with a suitable hydraulic pump and dual hose rated to 10,000 psi / 681 bar, use impact sockets only, and set operating pressure according to the calibration chart supplied with the tool.
