The TorcUP TFS Series hydraulic flange spreader (model TFS-10H) is a lightweight hydraulic tool (15.5 lbs / 7.0 kg) for spreading flanges safely and easily. The jaws open parallel and the unit spreads exactly where you place it – with no drift.
Its universal, one-size-fits-all design and easy single-operator operation make it a simple, effective solution. The tool delivers 10,000 lbs (4,535 kg) of spreading force and a full operating spread of up to 3″ (76.2 mm). Made in the USA, 30-year heritage (1996–2026).
