Single acting high tonnage hydraulic cylinder with lock nut for safe mechanical load holding, even for long periods with the pump disconnected. Suitable for lifting, pushing and heavy lifting operations.

The cylinder includes a stroke indicator, anti-overstroke device, enlarged guiding surfaces for absorbing offset loads, and a 3/8 ” NPT female coupler with dust cap. A removable head and tilting saddle option are available for better load distribution.

This hydraulic lifting cylinder is also known as a hydraulic jack or lifting jack, used to raise and lift heavy loads.

Key Features

High tonnage performance: Push force from 50 to 1,000 ton, with stroke range from 50 mm to 300 mm. Suitable for heavy-duty lifting and pushing applications.
Lock nut: The threaded nut allows mechanical locking and load upkeep even when the pump is disconnected, enabling safe work under a raised load.
Construction and durability: Plunger execution, Nitox ONC treatment on all mechanical components, and seals suitable for use up to 60° C, with high-temperature seals up to 200° C available on request.
Protection and control: Equipped with a stroke indicator and anti-overstroke device, plus a wiper to help prevent contamination from environmental impurities.
Accessories and handling: 3/8 ” NPT female coupler with dust cap, removable high-strength head, and the option to mount a tilting saddle for improved load distribution.
Custom solutions: Custom made hydraulic cylinders can be designed and produced on request, with dedicated geometries, performances and features.
