Heavy tonnage hydraulic lifting cylinder, load return

Series CSE TU heavy tonnage hydraulic cylinder, single-acting with load return, for high-pressure operation at 700 bar. Suitable for lifting, pushing and heavy-duty applications in industry, infrastructure, mining, steel, energy and more.

The cylinder uses a plunger design, includes a stroke indicator and anti-overstroke device, reinforced guiding surfaces for offset-load absorption, and can be customized on request for dedicated geometries and performance.

This hydraulic lifting cylinder is also known as a hydraulic jack or lifting jack, used to raise and lift heavy loads.

Force and stroke: Pushing force range from 50 to 1,000 tons, with stroke range from 50 mm to 300 mm.
Design and durability: Plunger execution with high-strength gaskets for maximum durability, plus Nitox ONC treatment on all mechanical components for improved resistance to corrosion and wear.
Built-in equipment: Equipped with a stroke indicator, anti-overstroke device, 3/8” NPT female coupler with dust cap, and lifting eyebolts on all models.
Load head: Removable high-strength saddle, with the option to mount a tilting saddle for better load distribution.
Applications: Suitable for heavy-duty lifting and pushing operations in steel mills, energy, industry, infrastructure, engineering and testing, mining, shipbuilding, offshore, oil & gas and transport.
