The CRI GS TA series features hydraulic lifting cylinders with oil return and a threaded safety ring, allowing the load to be mechanically locked and held for extended periods even when the pump is disconnected.

These cylinders are designed for heavy lifting applications, including supporting and holding bridges, viaducts and heavy structural steelwork, with a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar.

This hydraulic lifting cylinder is also known as a hydraulic jack or lifting jack, used to raise and lift heavy loads.

Mechanical load locking: The threaded safety ring allows the load to be locked and held over time, so the operator can work under a lifted load in complete safety.
Over-stroke protection: The end-stroke ring guarantees maximum operator safety by preventing plunger over-stroke.
Strong, durable construction: High-strength removable head, heavy-duty seals, and Nitox ONC treatment on internal parts for improved resistance to wear and corrosion.
Built for heavy-duty lifting: Designed for lifting, pushing and large lifting operations, with custom manufacture available up to 3,000 ton on request.
Convenient connection and protection: Equipped with a 3/8” NPT female half joint with anti-dust cap, plus a mud scraper ring to help prevent contamination from environmental impurities.
Suitable for industrial sectors: Ideal for steel mills, energy, industry, infrastructure, engineering and testing, mining, shipbuilding, offshore, oil & gas, transport and large lifting.
