In Clayton’s example, 5′ of hose weighing 2 lbs creates 22 in-lbs of torque on a standard connection (~11″ distance); with the right angle extension the torque drops to 14 in-lbs (~7″ distance) – a 36% reduction. Available for a 3/4″ or 1″ hose.
