The Clear Revolution shroud is molded from crystal-clear Lexan polycarbonate – the same material used in aerospace cockpits, NASCAR windshields and space helmets – virtually indestructible and guaranteed for life. It floats on a bearing mounted to a 1/4″ mandrel, so a single shroud fits ANY straight or right-angle tool with a 1/4″ collet with no modifications required.

A crystal-clear window gives 225° of visibility and never obscures the abrasive working edges, while a high-flow 1″ swivel hose connection maximizes dust extraction. Every shroud includes a mandrel, disc pad, 2′ x 1″ hose whip and swivel adapter for 1″ vacuum hoses. Offered in three disc sizes (1″, 2″, 3″) and three abrasive pad connection styles (TR, TS, TP), sold with or without a grinder.
