Esco Tool was founded in 1954 and developed portable machines for tube and pipe end preparation. The company later developed narrow body inside diameter clamping machines for boiler tube spacing. The MILLHOG line became a central field machining platform, with models matched to different diameters and access conditions.
The range includes inside and outside diameter bevelers, COHOG split frame machines, FLANGE HOG facers, cutting saws, blades, tube expanders, rolling motors and alignment tools. Applications include weld preparation, cold cutting, boiler maintenance, chemical and sanitary process piping, oil and gas, data centers, fabrication, shipyards, aerospace and defense. Correct tool selection influences end squareness, repeatability and outage time.
