The AT9K is a hydraulic allignment tool kit used to align bolted flanges to aid the insertion or removal of the flange bolts.The kit contains an AT9 alignment tool, hydraulic pump and hose, and all items required to operate the tool safely. It is packaged in a robust carry case.
The AT9K can correct or prevent:
Linear Misalignment – when the axis of the flanges are not aligned.
Rotational Misalignment – when the axis of the flanges are aligned but the bolt holes are not aligned.
The AT9K produces a maximum alignment force of 90kN (20,227 lbf) when the maximum hydraulic pressure of 700 Bar (10,000 psi) is applied by the Hydraulic hand pump. A powerful and portable tool, the AT9 weighs only 14.5 Kg (32 lbs) and is the correct tool for large and medium sized flange joints.
The AT9K is a hydraulic flange alignment tool that is actuated by a hydraulic hand pump and hose that are included in the kit. It is used to apply an alignment force on the circumference of a flange whilst reacting against the bolt hole of the mating flange – this tool removes the requirement for rigging and anchor points used in traditional methods. The wing on the tool is mounted on roller bearings, this allows the tool to be used to prevent misalignment during flange spreading.

The Tool is powerful making it ideal for use on larger flange joints.
If more force is required multiple tools can be used together.
