A Communication Kit tailored for connecting Mirka Autochanger modules with customer PLC systems
The Communication Kit connects Mirka AutoChanger modules with the customer's PLC system and lets the customer select an I/O-Link master for the application. One I/O-Link master supports up to five modules concurrently, for example four magazines and one remover.
The Mirka AutoChanger is a modular solution for automated abrasive-disc replacement across industrial sanding applications. Its modular design supports straightforward integration with new and existing systems and allows the installation to be tailored to application requirements. The system is engineered to improve operator safety, process efficiency, productivity and precision.
NOTE: The PROFINET Communication Kit is not suitable for ABB robots or cobots; use EtherNet/IP for those systems.
