It provides great dust extraction and the mushroom shaped hooks makes the non-woven product stick well to the interface and prevents the fibers from getting stuck in the backing pad. The interface removes the need to use velour on a non-vowen product and thereby enables usage of both Mirlon and Mirlon Total, as discs or sheets when doing tool-sanding. The unique construction is based on a patented spacer backing.
