Top Side Bolt Tensioner Compact

The TTS series is the standard range of top side bolt tensioners designed by FPT – Fluid Power Technology. It is built to suit many common flange types, combining high force with very small dimensions.

Its compact size and low weight make it a highly versatile solution where installation space is limited. The design supports convenient and flexible operation across a wide range of tightening applications.

Key Features

Wide compatibility: Suitable for most flange types, including ANSI B16,5, ANSI B16,47, B.S.3293, AWWA, MSS-SP44, API-6 A, API-17D and UNI EN 1,092-1.
Powerful and compact: An excellent ratio between developed force and tool dimensions.
Lightweight: The reduced dimensions and low weight make handling and installation easier.
Operational flexibility: With 6 hydraulic cells, the operator can cover a wide range of imperial or metric thread sizes from 3/4″ to 4″ and from M20 to M100.
Stroke: A 15 mm stroke covers most tensioning applications. If a longer stroke is required, the operation can be carried out in steps. TTS1 has a 10 mm stroke.
Safety and durability: Made from high-strength steels with special treatment to ensure high resistance to corrosion and wear during screwing operations.
